National Arbiter License

To All National Arbiters who are willing to get the FIDE National Arbiter license,

I hope you all know about the decision of making the Arbiter License compulsory for all International events. This regulation is in affect from 1st January 2013.

This is to inform all of you that if you anyone of you are interested to get the FIDE license you may pay Rs. 3500/- to nearest Federation officer and inform me with a passport size Photograph before 20th January 2013. You cannot work in the International events or National Rated events without this licence.

Buddhi Panagoda (Gampaha)
Rajiv Thilakaratne (Anuradhapura/ Polonnaruwa)

RK Athavan (Jafgfna) and Thiwanka Tissera (Gampaha) are also authorized.
